Making a purchase

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse the selection of prints or cards and choose framed or
unframed - if framed specify your choice of frame A to E (check styles on the framing page).
Specify quantity in the ‘view basket’. Click order and follow the instructions issued by Pay Pal.
We accept payment by credit/debit card from all the major companies.

Security

Payment is made through Pay Pal so you can be sure that your privacy and security of payment is ensured.
Pay Pal will ensure your consumer rights are upheld if you are dissatisfied with our service.

Delivery Charges

All delivery charges in the U.K. are FREE. Due to the size and subsequent prices of shipping, delivery of
pictures are restricted to the U.K.

Delivery

We will make every effort to despatch the items within seven working days of receiving order. In the unlikely
event of taking longer we will inform you by e mail. Items are sent by 1st class Royal Mail. If you urgently
need a picture for a special occasion please e mail us and we will do our best. You may of course
cancel your order prior to despatch.

Guarantee - return of goods.

If you are not completey satisfied with the goods you receive you may return them in original
condition and packaging within 14 days for a refund. If goods are damaged please inform us so
we can arrange for a return and refund.

Prices

This business is not VAT registered therefore all prices are gross. We reserve the right to alter prices
on occasion.

Payment

Payment is to be by credit / debit card. Despatch will follow clearance of payment.

Privacy Policy

We will not disclose any of your personal information to any third party at any time, unless required
to by law.
